At Multiwatches, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- The product is unused, and in original condition
- The original packaging, tags, and any certification are included
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at help@multiwatches.com or use our Returns & Refunds Form. Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
We will respond with instructions on how to return the item and where to ship it.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Refunds do not include any original shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or incorrect
4. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds on:
- Watches showing signs of wear or damage
- Items returned without their original packaging or documentation
- Customized, engraved, or special-order items
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting support.
6. International Refunds
We accept refund requests from all countries. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
